Session Two of our Somatic Mediation adventures. The next four weeks will be about, habits, stories representing as thought patterns and most importantly how to find peace in the present moment. Using somatic meditation as a tool to access the parasympathetic nervous system via motor pathways, aka pointing ones attention on their physiology is a wonderful tool to find a calm space within.
